Job Description
- Discover Training Needs and Support in Training the LV Panel Builder Team.
- Lead the Design Team to finish Preparing Shop Drawings using AutoCAD /EPLAN or other Design Tools.
- Lead the Design Team with the Compliance of the Consultant Data and Specifications according to ABB Guidelines.
- Delegating Tasks and Set Deadlines for Design Team.
- Setting Clear Team and Department Goals.
- Suggest and Organize Team Building Activities.
- Support and Lead the Design Team to Prepare and Finish the Selectivity Study, Short Circuit Calculations, Temperature Rise, Design Panel Boards with ABB Pro-E Enclosure by using ABB Software – e-Design DOC Tool.
- Support and Lead the Design Team to finish Preparing BoM for the Whole Project.
- Support the Design Team in Sending Work Orders for all Projects to the Factory.
- Support the Factory Team in Finding Alternative Products if needed to be able to meet the Delivery period and Project’s Plan.
- Support Study Team in Preparing Technical Submittals and Offers.
- Assist the Sales Team and the Client in Proper Product Selection with Optimum Solution.
- Technical Meeting with Consultants and Contractors.
- Creating an Inspiring Team Environment with an Open Communication Culture.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operation.
- Listen to Team Members’ Feedback and Resolve any Issues or Conflicts.
- Respond to Customer's Questions and Requests in a Timely and efficient Manner.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
- Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
- Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
- Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
- Great computational and spatial ability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
