The Candidate will be responsible for :
Handling customer's queries & Respond to comments on Email&chat or inbound calls
Fix technical issues related to mobile network & home internet. Also, will be responsible for fixing handsets & home broadband devices.
Reach customer satisfaction & take his experience to the next level.

Excellent to fluent English speakers.

Graduates only.
Soft & communication skills are a must.
Customer service experience is a plus.
