Job Description
- Develop, implement and maintain EHS programs and policies for construction sites.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections and investigations to identify risks and hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to EHS.
- Develop and deliver EHS training to site personnel.
- Conduct & Review risk assessments and support in developing safety management plans including Lifting , Confined Space ,,,etc.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams in the identification and resolution of EHS issues.
- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 5-8 Years
- Educational Background: Engineering – Science
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, Scaffolding, NIOSH
- Strong understanding of relevant EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams in the identification and resolution of EHS issues.
- Manage contractors' safety programs and ensure their compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
