Job Description
- Ensure coordination of communication between patients and families and medical staff.
- Provide patients and families with information on hospital services, procedures, and protocols.
- Direct the Patients to the concerned health care providers.
- Assist patients with problems associated with hospital registration and admission.
- Effect changes and Suggest improvements within the hospital system to ensure that patient experience is enhanced.
- Respects standards related to patient loyalty status.
- Escalate to his manager about any dysfunction with the service or customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
- Follows up daily on the stay and the well-being of each patient.
- Respond to patient inquiries and direct them to the concerned health care providers and services.
- Respond to patients’ complaints regarding hospital services and ensure that concerns are handled properly.
- Provide feedback to patients and families regarding their concerns and complaints.
Job Requirements
- Any BSc degree.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
