Job Description
●Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations.
●Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
●Interact with couriers in answering questions and resolving issues.
●Daily live Tracking couriers to maintain sufficient service to the clients.
●Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a great user experience
●Manage real-time fleet capacity.
●Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders.
●Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with vendors and other internal support teams.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Males Only
- Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift)
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience and understanding of logistics business.
- Previous experience in a similar position related to dispatching or customer support.
