Job Description
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media content, digital advertisements, website assets, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to bring ideas to life and produce high-quality designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design consistency across all channels.

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to take creative direction, collaborate effectively, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
