Job Description
- Prospect and qualify leads within the target market for HR and Training services.
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand a company's HR and training needs
- Acquiring new accoBuilding referrals & prospecting potential clients.unts
- Setting meetings with corporate clients to present the company services
- Create sales pitches and materials
- Negotiating & preparing quotations for clients.
- Act as an advisor for all clients.
- Responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients.
- Presenting our company's services and closing deals with clients.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- Field: Training &HR Services
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-5 years experience in the same position
- E-learning or Training Previous Experience is a must
- English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in identifying new leads, prospecting & acquiring new business.
- Cairo residents are preferred
