Job Description
- Administrating site Quality Document Management System (QDMS)
- Implementing, maintaining and improvement of work procedures relating to the Quality Management System.
- Reporting, analyzing, and assessing performance indicators of the internal/external audit process.
- Implementing quality policies.
- Auditing on Departments issues related to quality.
- Reporting to the Quality Manager.
- Being responsible for monitoring and controlling documents and policies related to Quality department & overall factory departments.
- Planning and conducting internal audits for both system audit & process audits.
- Monitoring & analyzing site Quality performance indicators.
- Managing external IATF official audit & being responsible for site QMS certification.
- Implementing, maintaining & continuously improve critical process audit activity.
- Adequate communication with central quality sections.
- Applying any change in quality standers.
- Formatting documentation for ISO compliance.
- Representing the management at external IATF 16949 audits, which includes preparing, planning, follow-up to IATF 16949 certification audits.
- Organizing and executing various internal training events along with HR, QDMS, Quality Management system, Customer Specific Requirements changes, etc. in relation with QMS for all new entrants.
Job Requirements
