Develop and customize ERP-Next features and modules to meet business requirements.
Integrate ERP-Next with other systems and applications as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP-Next.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ERP-Next implementation and customization.
Collaborate with other teams (such as accounting, sales, and operations) to identify business requirements and recommend ERP-Next solutions.
Stay up-to-date with ERP-Next developments and new features and evaluate their potential impact on our system.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Prepare script reports according to business need.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in software development with a focus on ERP systems, specifically ERP-Next.
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
Experience with ERP-Next customization and development, including creating custom reports, workflows, and scripts.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with integrating ERP-Next with other systems and applications.
Strong understanding of accounting, manufacturing and business processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with Frappe Framework.
Experience with Git version control or similar version control systems, such as Ansible or Fabric.
Knowledge of Database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB and database design.
