Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Purchases Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and purchasing activities, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and implement sales and purchasing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing sales deals.
  • Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage inventory turnover to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor sales and purchasing performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to sales and purchasing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and purchasing management roles, with a minimum of [5 years ] of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
