Job Description
- Internal Communication: Developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate with employees, ensuring that they are well informed about company news and initiatives. This may involve creating newsletters and facilitating communication channels within the organization.
- External Communication: Managing the company's external communication channels, mainly social media and the company website and ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Corporate Branding: Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels to reinforce the EGMED values, mission, and vision. This includes managing brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice in corporate communications.
- Event Management: responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and successfully; coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all logistics are in place, collaborate with the commercial marketing team to promote the event & manage social media campaigns, on-site coordination and management, conduct evaluations to assess the success of the event against the set objectives, analyze the event's impact, identify areas for improvement, and create post-event reports.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Communicating the organization's CSR initiatives and sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
