Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals .
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email .
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings .
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying .
  • Write emails, memos and letters .
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems .
  • Manage database entry and client files .
  • Order and maintain supplies .
  • Organize and distribute messages .
  • Make and confirm travel arrangements .
  • Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence .
  • Maintain confidential department files/records .
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks .
  • Assist with presentations and reports  .
  • Carrying out any other tasks and costs of the main principal.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (From 3 To 5 Years) in Secretary or a similar role within an international business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ( preferable French or Germany ).
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting, word and power point presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenge.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
