Job Description
- Creating, reviewing & coordinating Revit models.
- Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects – both digital and print from idea/concept to execution.
- Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific documentation.
- Evolve design concepts through phases from schematic to Construction documentation using Revit 3D BIM modeling with high accuracy, precision & efficiency.
- Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables.
- Updating Revit models through the different stages LOD(300), LOD(400), LOD(500).
- Extracting shop drawings from Revit models.
- Design review, extracting Q.S. schedules and coordination with other disciplines.
- Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
- Understand and ensure that any changes in BIM standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
- Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed.
- Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
- Daily model management administration and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
- Good understanding of international BIM standards.
- Proficiency on Dynamo scripting tools would be of advantage.
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion etc.
- Experience in high-end projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings.
- Knowledge of submittal process and coordination.
- Team player with collaboration and communication skills who can also work autonomously.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
