Job Description
Develop and Prepares baseline program, break down structures to satisfy contractual requirements
• Based on construction/project Manager input prepare cash flow (S curve), resource requirements.
• Works with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences with total project plan.
• Establishes and implements methods for determining activity duration within assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Attend meetings with Owner Representatives and Consultants to discuss Critical Issues and solving these issues by Applicable Plans.
• Reviews schedule data and identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logic to interface between assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements.
• Develops Presentations and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on schedule via the Schedule Impact Report.
• Develops and monitors short term (2-4 week) engineering, procurement, construction schedules and Look heads.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer or a similar role
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project software (Primavera P6, SAB 2000, Auto-cad, Revit) is a strong advantage
- BSc in Engineering or a relevant field.
- PRMG, Construction Management Certifications is a must.
