Job Description
Monitor social media channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage with users, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that all client's queries are answered via multiple channels (such us phone, Whats, mail)
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Identify and escalate relevant issues or trends to the appropriate team members for further action
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Familiarity with social media management tools
Experience in dealing with Arabic nationalites
