Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within specified deadlines and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinate resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
- Track project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Mentor and coach project team members as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, preferably in a related industry (E-commerce).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
