Job Description
- Lead research and development (R&D) operations in cleaning and cosmetics in alignment with company goals and vision.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aimed at enhancing existing products and innovating new products.
- Manage the R&D team, including performance guidance, fostering creativity, and skill development.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure R&D operations align with production requirements and market needs.
- Monitor technological advancements and innovations in the cleaning and cosmetics industry, applying latest practices and techniques in R&D operations.
- Analyze relevant data and information to provide regular reports on R&D progress and evaluate results based on quality and efficiency standards.
- Work towards implementing environmental, health, and safety standards in R&D operations and final products.
- Participate in developing future innovation and development strategies to achieve product excellence and market competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in R&D, with specific experience in the cleaning and cosmetics industry.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions based on data and information.
- Excellent leadership skills and team guidance abilities, with the capacity to foster creativity and enhance collaboration within the team.
- Deep knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to cleaning and cosmetics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
