Job Description
- Design and Implement packaging ideas for products, including the very good knowledge of die-cut, packaging materials and printing process, and calculation.
- Communicate internally and externally to facilitate profitable business relationships.
- Gather customer requirements and drive functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support cross-functional teams and develop customer and administration manuals.

- Know about Design new Tableware products (tumblers, mugs…).
- Know about Design new Container "IS" item designs (bottles, jars).
- Collaborate with outsourced partners to establish and enhance the identity and brand of our company.
- Lead a new project focused on producing tableware products optimized for IS machines, resulting in significant cost reductions and competitive market offerings.
- Oversee the preparation of silkscreen films and provide inputs to ensure production aligns with customer needs, both for in-house printing machines and external vendors.
- Manage the creation and printing of product catalogues and flyers to promote our products effectively.
- Ensure the timely preparation and design of stickers to meet project requirements.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing products.
- Prepare final technical drawings for new Press products, overseeing discussions and amendments until mold manufacturing completion.
- Produce final 3D render photos for new products to facilitate market studies.
- Assess the suitability and availability of production techniques.
- Produce detailed hand drawings and specifications using dedicated computer software (Rhino) for design specifications.
- Create samples, mock-ups, and prototypes by hand or using computerized prototyping equipment.
