Job Description
- Allocated available times and dates to implement PM tasks if the scheduled time and dates are not available to implement the required tasks.
- Assign the necessary supervisor(s) and technicians to implement the schedule PM.
- Allocate the needed duration to implement the PM tasks.
- Provide the PMI’s (preventive Maintenance Instructions) for assigned labor to implement the PM.
- Follow up the preventive maintenance process and ensure that all PMI’s are done properly.
- Update any missing preventive maintenance instructions during PM process and feedback the updating items to planning engineer.
- Records any remarks in preventive maintenance work order report and send it to planning engineer after PM tasks done properly.
- Follow up the complaints from customers and takes the quick action for the emergency cases.
- Executes the required corrective maintenance according to customer complaints.
- Assigned the necessary supervisor(s) and technicians to implement the CM.
- Tests the asset(s) / component(s) after finishing the corrective maintenance work to ensure its working properly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Communication / Control System Engineering.
- Experience 2 - 3 years in light current or facility management field .
- excellent Knowledge of the light current systems (CCTV, Access control, file alarm, ..Etc).
- Knowledge of different suppliers to light current systems.
- Knowledge of relevant software
- Experience in the same field, should done project which include complete installation and configuration.
- Expert in light current systems troubleshooting.
