Job Description
- Manage the technology services/ subscriptions offered to the customers and their costs.
- Onboard the customers to the various technology applications.
- Generate technology sales costs/ revenue reports.
- Review all allocate various CAT invoices related to Technology and service software applications.
- Collaborate with the condition monitoring technical analysis supervisor to develop and update condition monitoring reports for incremental business development.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop site performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain databases to manage preventive maintenance schedules and equipment component change-out plans.
- Design and implement automation processes within systems to streamline preventive maintenance activities and component change-out planning.
- Customize monthly reports to sites showcasing condition monitoring trends.
- Utilize database management tools to organize and store relevant maintenance data including equipment history, component lifespans and maintenance schedules.
- Implement automated alerts and notifications within systems to remind relevant teams of upcoming preventive maintenance tasks and component change-outs.
- Generate automatic reports detailing preventive maintenance schedules, equipment component change-out plans and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with relevant teams, such as maintenance planners and technicians, to ensure alignment between database management, automation systems and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of database management tools and automation systems for preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / business administration or data Analysis.
- Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis, database management & reporting.
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Good performance management skills.
