Job Description
- Create 3D designs.
- Work cooperatively.
- Become proficient with computer-aided design software.
- Produce high-quality programming for Biesse CNC Router.
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
- Modify existing programs for Biesse CNC machine
- Maintain tooling database
- Make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
Job Requirements
- Bachlor's degree in Engineering or relative field.
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
- Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience using a CNC Router required.
- 1 year experience programming CNC Routers
