Role Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager - Information Technology (business to business) located in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with account management, customer satisfaction, lead generation, and sales growth. This role requires the ability to work with clients in different industries and to manage a portfolio of accounts and generate new sales opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Identifying and cultivating new prospects.
- Identify new sales opportunities within new and existing accounts .
- Provide unique solutions and customer quotes and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery.
- Be responsible for selling the company’s sales and distribution solutions to B2B customers.
- Generate sales revenue and gross profit as per agreed targets and time scales.
- Manage own workload and priorities to the needs of the customer and the business.
- Visit prospects on site; draw up a project proposal to include products and costings and design a complete sales solution.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management in the Information Technology industry
- Knowledge of Information Technology and ability to understand technical aspects of solutions
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
