Job Description

NOK Human Capital is hiring #Marketing_Manager for one of the most well known distribution companies for oil & gas lubricants internationally.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.

2. Develop company's technology platforms and social media channels to be prepared to meet the future by being a major sales channel and customer interface (E-Commerce).

3. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.

4. Manage all public relations activities.

5. Perform frequent customer segmentation analysis identifying the targeted customers' profiles for each product.

6. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

7. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.

8. Maintain a keen understanding of the organizations trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

9. Implementation strategy within the marketing department, events and sponsorship management.

10. Management and development of communication assets.

11. Maintaining company intranet site and internal marketing pages.

12. Suggesting car services.

13. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution.

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of experience same in same role.

2. Proven working experience in public relations required.

3. Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and international level.

4. Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.

5. Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print

media interviews.

6. Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

7. Event planning experience.
