Job Description
- Prepare & supervise all the activities done in production area either inside or outside the plant
- Schedule the monthly production plan and achieve it.
- Ensure that all the materials used comply with PBRs & orders
- Make sure that all PBRs procedures for products are achieved in the department either inside or outside.
- Ensure that all the steps of operation in the department are done as required
- Track the performance of every operator in the department
- Prepare training plan for every employee in the department
- Process improvement core team member
- Share in investigating & reporting any deviations & changes done in the department
- Initiate and review all SOPs in the department
- Overcome any troubleshooting appearing in the department
- Ensure that everyone in the department to be well trained and qualified to the assigned job.
- Ensure the implementation of all SOPs in the department.
- Overcome all troubleshooting appearing in the department.
- Make reconciliation of batches and state any comments if there.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Pharmacy
- A minimum of 4 to 7 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other related fields
