Job Description
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team. • Develop user stories, use cases, and other technical documentation. • Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers throughout the software development lifecycle. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure clear communication. • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and current functionalities. • Maintain and update business requirements documentation. • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the software meets business requirements. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development. |
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a software development environment. • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., SDLC, BABOK). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to document requirements clearly, concisely, and accurately. • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus. • Experience with user story writing and user experience (UX) best practices is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively |
