Job Description
1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including in a variety of operational areas such as procurement, sales, distribution agreements, and other areas of operation support. Make contract templates to meet different business scenarios.
2. Provide support to Midea's growing operations, including manufacture and sales, in Egypt Advise local teams on commercial, corporate governance, employment, PDPA and other compliance issues, conducting legal compliance training to local teams.
3. Collaborate with Midea's experts (SMEs) to manage litigation, product safety customs and compliance issues
4. Learn and Conduct the Midea Group rules to Egypt. Assist and collaborate with Midea Group legal counsels on Egypt legal issues, especially factories related.
Job Requirements
- LLB in Law and admitted by the Egyptian bar association and practice in Egypt
- 10-15 years of post-qualification and corporate and/or commercial experience at a leading law firm. in-house ,or a combination thereof
- Fluent in English.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work in an international and fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Enjoy working hard and being continually challenged Sound judgement even in ambiguous situations.
