Job Purpose:

As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing fintech products as per digital and customer plans, ranging from POS apps, android and iOS apps, web portal and the company site and branding themes.  

It is a big journey with endless possibilities for those who love thinking outside the box. 

Duties:

• Participate in UX/CX research activities, such as usability testing, stakeholder and user interviews along with other team members.  
• Design and illustrate user interface concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.  
• Create graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, buttons, and fields.  
• Implement layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to font, color, and image style guidelines.  
• Develop UI mock-ups, prototypes and final UI designs that demonstrate the functionality and appearance of the websites.  
• Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for review and approval.  
• Participate in the testing phase (UAT) before launch and ensure the quality of the UI design.  
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and provide solutions.  
• Contribute to the department’s daily operations and tasks as participation in brainstorming sessions and lead key projects that involve design aspects. 
• Liaising with Marketing department. 

Requirements Evaluation:  

• Diligently review requirements, user stories, and specifications documents.  
• Provide timely and constructive feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance the product’s quality. 

Coaching and Mentoring: 

• Mentor and coach junior UI / UX designers.
