Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design and frontend development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling user interfaces.
- Design and implement responsive web interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the overall user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our design processes.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with developers to implement them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of animation principles and experience in creating interactive designs.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
