Job Description
- Regularly submit reports to the factory management.
- Control and evaluate management processes and establish necessary controls.
- Supervise all departmental activities, and monitor external installations and financial dues.
- Participate in achieving company sales goals, coordinate activities with other departments, and ensure efficiency in installation activities.
- Develop annual plans, and monthly reports, and enhance activity and development plans.
- Prioritize tasks and distribute them among departmental sections.
- Facilitate administrative and financial procedures with other departments.
- Attend meetings and provide insights to facilitate management work.
- Monitor and address customer complaints effectively.
- Provide comprehensive consultations and solutions, implementing best practices for customer benefit in coordination with the technical office.
- Research and develop installation methods, and attract the latest systems.
- Establish communication with the stainless steel factory management.
- Approve site deliveries with the required quality.
- Approve the issuance and inventory of tools, tasks, and installation supplies.
Periodic Duties:
- Review installation customer lists and inspection reports.
- Monitor the status of technicians at sites and coordinate daily plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a related field.
- Experience in dealing with technicians and knowledge of installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective coordination and communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
