Job Description

- The ideal candidate will specialize in the sale of (residential mega projects Red Sea), bringing expertise in sales strategies, market analysis, and client service. This role demands a proactive approach to generating listings, closing sales, and achieving superior client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Must have experience in Red Sea projects.
- Must have strong experience in real estate.
- Excellent in English.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
