As the Hubspot CRM Implementation Specialist at 9H Digital, you will play a crucial role in our team, working alongside our Chief Technology Officer to deliver exceptional Hubspot solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of Hubspot implementations, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' existing systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Business Development team to assess technical feasibility and provide accurate quotes for Hubspot projects.
- Lead scoping exercises to determine project requirements and accurately estimate efforts required.
- Participate in client workshops and interviews to understand priorities, processes, and integration needs.
- Configure and set up Hubspot platforms according to client specifications, including Sales Hub, Content Hub, and Service Hub.
- Develop custom modules using HubL other technologies as needed for Hubspot Landing/Website pages, blogs and quotes.
- Implementation of workflows with code snippets using Node.js and/or Python to integrate with 3rd party systems directly from Hubspot Workflows
- Integrate Hubspot CRM with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks for 3rd party software such as CRMs, Contract Signing, Finance and other tools.
- Creatively navigate Hubspot plan limitations to provide effective solutions while minimizing costs for clients.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with Hubspot CRM implementations and configurations, with a focus on Sales Hub, Content Hub, and Service Hub.
- Strong understanding of APIs and Webhooks.
- Proficiency in HubL, Node.js, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience integrating Hubspot CRM with third-party systems and services.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda functions (nice-to-have).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to offer alternative solutions when faced with limitations.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in the English language
