Job Description
Account Management:
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic account growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and goals, and proactively address concerns or issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate performance metrics, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue them to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for business development and differentiation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the company.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new partnerships and agreements.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [3] years of experience in client-facing positions.
