- Responsible for assisting in the development of the server-side logic and infrastructure that powers web applications or software systems.
- Design and implement APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that allow different software components or systems to communicate with each other.
- Maybe involved in developing and integrating APIs and ensuring they are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
- Responsible for testing and debugging backend components to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
- May write unit tests, perform integration testing, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and stability of the backend code.
- Play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of web applications or software systems.
- Assist in identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing database queries, implementing caching mechanisms, and improving overall system scalability.
