*BSc degree in in Architecture/ Civil Engineering.
*Relevant Experience 1-2 years.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

• Conduct kick-off/project progress update meetings.
• Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Review all technical design issues and details.
• Review all of the project documents (BOQ, Specs, Procurement Strategies and Tenders).
• Coordinating drawings between all activities in the project (Arch, Structure MEP, Etc...).
Develop Monthly progress reports for each project.
