Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospect research, and preparation of sales materials.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients, both in person and virtually.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on products or services.
- Maintain CRM system, update customer records, and track sales activities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage office correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Data Management:
- Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other sales-related documents.
- Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports and identify trends or opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
