Job Description
- Preparation of Work Action Plan, Cash Flow Statement (Quarter wise), Price Variation Bills for the Project.
- Understanding of Critical Path (CPM) and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking, and earned value analysis.
- Plan and develop effective and proficient project plans for the project as per contract and specification.
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Preparing project timelines and made projection adjustments as necessary
- Preparation of Client and Sub Contractor Billing.
- Participating in Verification of Client Billing with Department and recording the MB.
- Preparation of DPR, Work Progress Strip Charts, for the project and any other Misc. Reports to the H.O and also to the Client.
- Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports and timely submission to Clients and H.O
- Creating subcontractor work orders, finalizing their rates and their scope of work etc and ensure validation of subcontractor bills as per contract conditions, including reconciliation of material/ quantities using SAP.
- Track the delivery of all project-related materials.
- Interpret project-related diagrams and drawings.
- Updating of the drawing status and maintaining cover letter register
- Coordinating with the consultants & clients for the project progress and with the suppliers for the timely material arrangement and core follow up of day-to-day updates of Project activities and requirements.
- Follow-up on Design & Drawings Submittal/Approval Status
- Coordinating with site employees and preparation of field formats and updating them at regular intervals.
- Updating the target with achieved and informing to the project in charge regularly & providing required inputs.
- Preparation of Auto Cad drawings. Making necessary corrections in the drawings sent by the designer & approving them from Client.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience must in ready mix industry.
- Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
- Highest level of flexibility.
- Self- motivated, acts in teams & taking initiatives.
