Your responsibilities

• Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
• Managing CRM Operations
• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM
• Event Management, Database management and Analytics.
• Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team.

Your profile

• Current student (undergraduate)
• Fluency in English
• Education in Tech and Computer Science (Computer Engineer with significant exposure to database concepts, SQL, Visual basic, Macros)
• Proficiency in working with database.
• Good command of advanced excel (pivot table, slicers, macros) PowerPoint and word
• Knowledge of analytics visualization tools like Power BI/ Cognos/ Qlik etc…
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills
• Good communicator, team player, task oriented with good time management
