Responsibilities:Supervising technicians & planning required number to ensure completion stage.Managing parts of construction projectsOverseeing building workUndertaking surveysChecking technical designs, drawings, and outlines to ensure that they are followed correctlySupervising contracted staff & subcontractorsPreparing site reportsEnsuring that health and safety policies and legislation are adhered to.Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescalesLiaising with concerned parties (such as clients & contractors)Providing technical advice and solving problems on siteQualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.1- 2 years' experience in construction activities (General construction).
