Position Title: Inventory Coordinator


Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia


Department: Warehouse and Logistics


Reports To: Warehouse Manager


Job Summary

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency and the safe handling of materials and inventory. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that operations are conducted in compliance with company and HSE policies.



RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including handling, documenting, and storing materials.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming materials and address any defects or damages.
  • Ensure efficient dispatch, receipt, and quality of products.
  • Coordinate material flow within the manufacturing warehouse and designated workstations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
  • Assist in packing and other material handling functions as needed.
  • Resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of new materials as necessary.
  • Ensure proper identification and labeling of all materials within the facility.
  • Comply with all company and HSE policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory management systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations and management.
  • Valid driver’s license and forklift certification (T1-4, T8 preferred).
