Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive/Engineer to join our team at a dynamic company specializing in fleet management solutions, including cutting-edge video telematics technology. The Sales Executive/Engineer will play a crucial role in interfacing with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and safety. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in telematics and excellent sales and communication skills.Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders- Explain product features and benefits in detail, understanding the technical nuances of fleet management and video telematics solutions- Liaise with the product development team to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements and innovation- Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals and quotes to customers- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive products- Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as required- Maintain excellent customer relationships through superior customer service skills- Help in troubleshooting technical issues during the sales process- Train customers and internal teams on new technologies and product updatesRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the telematics, automotive, or related technology industry- Strong understanding of video telematics and fleet management technologies- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear and understandable terms for non-technical audiences- Experience in delivering technical presentations to a variety of stakeholders- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and offer solutions during the sales process- Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction- Availability to travel as needed to meet business goalsDesired Skills- Experience with ERP/CRM software- Technical certification in relevant technologies- Multilingual abilities are a plusThis role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive growth in an exciting industry.Please apply on our website at https://www.nss.sa/jobs/sales-executive
