We are seeking a proficient individual to fill the annual zakat return for one of our clients. The role requires knowledge and experience in completing the online zakat filing process efficiently and accurately.Responsibilities:Complete the annual zakat return using the online zakat platform.Ensure all required fields and sections of the zakat form are accurately filled out according to the company's financial records and guidelines.Verify the accuracy of financial data and information entered into the zakat form to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.Cross-reference financial records and statements to confirm the correctness of figures provided in the zakat return.Maintain detailed records of the zakat filing process, including documentation of financial statements, calculations, and submission receipts.Organize and securely store all relevant documents related to the zakat return for future reference and auditing purposes.Stay updated on zakat regulations, laws, and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia.Ensure adherence to zakat laws and regulations governing the zakat filing process to avoid penalties or non-compliance issues.Requirements:Proven experience in filling online zakat forms for corporate entities.In-depth knowledge of zakat regulations and guidelines applicable in Saudi Arabia.Familiarity with online zakat platforms and software for zakat filing.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.If you have the necessary expertise in filling online zakat forms and are familiar with zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia, we encourage you to apply for this position.
