The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our developments.What You Will DoDevelop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Application development and In-House Change Requests.Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure timely and accurate execution of test plans.Manage acceptance with customer for the prepare handoverCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities.Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect metrics and test coverage.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in software testing.Handle test Metrics/SLA TrackingThe Skills You BringBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience 5 years in software testingStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.Customer oriented, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude, team player and always willing to improve soft and technical skills.Delivering results and meeting customer expectationsWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
