Tasks and Responsibilities
Archer GRC Administration:
- Align the Archer GRC platform with organizational cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies by configuring, customising, and maintaining it.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.
Technical Support:
- Offer first-line support to internal users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems.
- Escalate complex issues to designated teams when necessary.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the organization's security posture.
Incident Response:
- Contribute to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents by utilizing Archer GRC for analysis and reporting.
User Training:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.
