Aviation Business Affairs Inspector - ( 24000815 ) Role PurposeTo perform required audits and inspections as per plan for DCAA approved aviation businesses in the emirate of Dubai to ensure their compliance with Aviation/Business rules and regulation published and or regulated by DCAA. Process and NOC applications and issue payment fees. Key Responsibilities/Duties
1. No Objection Certificates: Support in examination and evaluation procedures of NOC applications prior to processing them. Analyse NOC requests and communicate, if necessary, with other sections and departments in order to verify different requirements.
2. Research and Study: Conduct research and study special cases or assignments on particular aviation business activities in the emirate of Dubai.
3. Liaising: Liaise with Dubai Tourism Department, Dubai Economic Department, General Civil Aviation Authority, Free Zone Authorities, Dubai Airports, Airport Companies, Aviation City, Airlines and other Government Departments, Dubai Courts and Dubai Police to ensure support and effective communication where needed.
4. Records : Maintain the record of all Inspections/Audits performed, actions and corrective measures taken by companies to ensure compliance with rule, regulations and granted approvals.
5. Audits: Conduct Scheduled audits on aviation business activities documentations and business and their compliance with DCAA set regulations accordingly.
6. Statistical Reports: Prepare per visit/ weekly reports on aviation related businesses Inspections and audits.
7. Other Duties: Perform other activities related to Air transport as may be assigned from time to time.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Aviation Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience directly related to inspection or auditing.

Certifications:

IATA Regulations on Aviation Business. Aviation English. General Business Inspection Audits Fraud

Professional Experience:

A t least six (6) years working experience in the field of aviation.
