Main Purpose:We are seeking a business development specialist who will be responsible to lead the business development processes from screening, early engagements, studies, negotiation, and other required activities to progress proposals through stage gates all the way to deal closure.Responsibilities:∙ Managing client portfolios.∙ Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.∙ Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.∙ Hold product demonstrations for customers.∙ Improving onboarding processes.∙ Evaluating and improving tutorials and other communication infrastructure.∙ Mediate between clients and the organization.∙ Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.∙ Minimize customer churn.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any related field Highly organized and able to multitask. Self-driven and proactive nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills English: Fluent.
