We are hiring a Productivity Engineer, who will be responsible for identifying, trialing, documenting, and implementing options for Major Interventions, Mid and End of Life Refurbishment.

Role Overview: Your role will maximise the useful life of all standard build products. Through working with OEM’s and Operational Staff you will validate the solution before global implementation. Taking direction from the Global Fleet Team you will prioritise the solution creation based on the forecasted product demand, ensuring solutions are available when needed. You will also provide input during the planning stage to ensure completion targets are achieved. Technical Documentation will also be created to support work completion, and Technical Support will also be provided where needed.

What you’ll do:

• Implement standardised Scopes of Work and options for Major Interventions (including End of Life, Life Extension & Mid-Life Overhaul.

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement of all Major Intervention activities.

  
  

• Manage the creation or adjustments of documentation.

  
  

• Provide Technical guidance where necessary.

  
  

You’ll have the following skills and experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power generation or energy/engineering other related fields

  
  

• Bachelor's in either Mechanical/Electrical engineering

  
  

• Strong Technical background working with rotating equipment and/or power generation equipment .

  
  

• Experience of leading Maintenance Initiatives supported by remote teams.

  
  

• Financially astute & able to undertake cost modelling.

  
  

• Ability to lead others through influence, engage and interact with multiple nationalities

  
  

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Practitioner (or equivalent).
