We are seeking a motivated Junior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Web Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js.
• Architect and implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience by implementing best practices and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated on frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend web development with expertise in Next.js, React.js.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Vuex, or NgRx.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with frontend build tools and automation (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Passion for mentoring and coaching junior developers.
