We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator at Maximus KSA. As a Branch Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining booking systems, supporting the Office Manager, and ensuring smooth reception and administration activities.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to office management activities and branch operational support teams.Greet beneficiaries warmly and ensure a high standard customer experience.Register beneficiaries’ arrival on the CRM system and update it as needed.Provide information about our services and answer queries effectively.Inform beneficiaries about what to expect during their visit.Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately.Follow defined processes related to facilities and office management.Receive deliveries to the branch and complete necessary paperwork.Support events, meetings, and conferences as required.Act in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards.Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies regarding customer data.Maintain a safe and proper work environment, adhering to health and safety policies.Collaborate with team members and other departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
