You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely and successful project completion.ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersCreate and manage project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resourcesLead project kick-off meetings and provide clear project direction to the teamAllocate resources and coordinate with internal departments and external vendorsTrack project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plansManage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitabilityCommunicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior managementEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsConduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvementStay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologiesRequirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in project management tools and software Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve project issuesExperience Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management roles Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and managing project resources Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and information security practices Experience in stakeholder management and presenting project updates to executive leadership
