Monitor guest profiles through the Opera Guest profile system. Help in transporting guest luggage from arrival to the room and from the room to the departure point during check-out. Manage messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees, ensuring timely and professional delivery. Distribute morning newspapers to guest rooms, if needed. Promptly deliver guest messages and other items without delay in a professional manner.
